Terms of Use

ASai apps · Last updated: 3 October 2026

An agreement between you and the independent developer of the ASai apps, based in Israel (“we”), for Bill Swiper, Spendr and Rent Assistance. By using an app you accept these terms.

1. Using the apps

You must be 16+ to use Bill Swiper and Spendr and 18+ to use Rent Assistance. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the apps for your own purposes. Do not break the law with them, reverse-engineer or resell them, bypass free limits, access other people’s accounts or our servers, or upload content that infringes others’ rights. We may suspend access for breaches. The apps, their names and design belong to us; the data you enter belongs to you.

2. Accuracy

The apps are convenience tools, not a bank, payment service or source of financial, tax or legal advice. Automatic recognition in Bill Swiper and Rent Assistance may be wrong: check results before relying on them. Bill Swiper does not move money and is not part of any dispute between people. Spendr keeps data on your device: you are responsible for your backups.

3. Rent Assistance

Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity in your account. If you enter real data of your tenants, you are its operator under Federal Law No. 152-FZ and confirm that you have a lawful basis for it, inform your tenants and answer their requests (see the Privacy Policy). The Telegram bot is optional and works through Telegram, which we do not control. If we close the service, we will warn you at least 60 days in advance so you can export your data.

4. Purchases

AppFreePaid

SpendrUp to 1,000 expensesPro, one-time purchase

Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The Rent Assistance subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play (Account → Subscriptions); Pro stays active until the end of the paid period, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds follow the store’s policy. In the EU and UK, by buying digital content you ask for immediate supply and may lose the 14-day right of withdrawal, as far as the law allows.

5. Warranty and liability

The apps are provided “as is”, without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost data, or for recognition errors. Our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or USD 25. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected. Third-party services the apps use (stores, Google, Yandex, RevenueCat, Telegram) have their own terms.

6. Changes and law

We may change the apps and these terms and will announce material changes in advance (for Rent Assistance, at least 30 days). These terms are governed by the laws of Israel and disputes are resolved by the courts of Israel; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country. 7. App store terms

For apps from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide support; if an app fails to meet an applicable warranty you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation; Apple is not responsible for claims relating to the app and, with its subsidiaries, is a third-party beneficiary of these terms. For apps from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
